| MEET JULIE PHILLIPS |
| My life's passion has been horses. I have been lucky enough to turn that passion into a 30 year equestrian career. In 1985 I became the owner of a ranch in Callao, Utah. I established the Jubilee Horse Company in 1993 after I moved to Colorado. In 2006 my husband Tony and I were blessed to add the Starry Night Ranch in New Mexico to our Jubilee Horse Company offerings. |
| I have studied with many of the great horse trainers including Chris Cox, Bob Avila, Ray Hunt and Al Dunning. I practice natural horsemanship methods. I really enjoy all the western disciplines of riding. I Love to compete in penning and sorting events. Just recently I was a top ten finisher of the June 2010 Mustang Makeover in Ft Collins, Co and was 1 of 25 invited to compete in the 2011 Mustang Magic in Ft worth,Tx. I also have competed at the National Western in team penning and in the Extreme Cowboy race. It is important to me to continue with my education in order to provide my students and horses the best experience possible. |
